TLC Medical Centres is a state-of-the-art medical centre conveniently located on Bellarine Highway in Wallington.
Focused on family medicine and caring for the older residents in the community, the medical centre offers practitioner consultations, physiotherapy, podiatry, dietetics, hydrotherapy chronic disease management and nursing services. TLC Medical Centres Wallington is co-located with Homestead Estate, a residential aged care home that offers  quality permanent and respite aged care with a range of social activities and outings designed to keep residents actively engaged in the local community.

TLC looks at health care from a new perspective. Their innovative approach of co-locating health care and aged care is a first for Australia.

“In addition to providing health care to our local community, our doctors and allied health care team also support the care staff of our residential aged care home. If our care team want to check medications or discuss any element of care with the general practitioners, they are just next door."

Bringing medical centres into their residential aged care homes has delivered major benefits to TLC, including improved clinical outcomes, reduced clinical errors, a reduction in
hospital admissions and reduced need for ambulances to transport the aged care resident to hospital.

The centre is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Appointments to see medical professionals are required as they cannot accommodate walk-ins, but same-day appointments are usually available.
